There is apperantly a server problem. The 209.218.125.112 server is no longer responding to requests or pings. There was a suggestion in the faq on the rulesemporium web site to temporarily place the entry 67.67.32.202 www.rulesemporium.com in your /etc/hosts file until the server is back up and running.
