We have quite a strict filtering setup for porn related messages. Under our system the F-word occurring in a message is unlikely to trigger a rule, nor is the word pertaining to cats (I hope you guys understand to obfuscation) However, should both the words occur together, then the message receives a positive score. I find it hard to imagine a legitimate message referring to them both, and when that is combined with other rules, most of these messages will be deleted without even being looked at. Feel free to contact me if you want any more details.
