But maybe this kind of RBLs shouldn't be on by default due to their commercial nature and must be left to the user to activate after installation.
why is any plugins turned on by default ?spamassassin could make all disabled by default, only enable check plugin to make --lint testing, hurra sa wont work, scream :=====)))))
