that's apparently reason why the __DRUGS_MUSCLE1 rule was disabled a year
ago (see the bug mentioned).
Apparently your machine/provider does not update rules, which it definitely
should.
I also tried removing Somalia. That didn't change anything.
I will try doing the more cumbersome procedure mentioned in the other
response.

It was a hit on the old soma rule:
__DRUGS_MUSCLE1 ======> got hit: " som ’"
in the text:
"udgiver på magasiner som ’Military Law Reporter"
They are running an up-to-date version:
