Have you done any tuning of SA or just the stock installation? There are many ways to make SA more accurate that can't be included by default for various reasons. One reason is that everyone's mail flow is different. Another reason is there are many different ways to use SA and you didn't say how you were using SA so we can't give helpful advice on tuning SA. -- David Jones
