My F:\Documents and Settings\User\.spamassassin folder contains my bayes files. I back this whole folder up regularly. Am I right in thinking that if I have backed it up already, I can delete all the .expire files and all old_ files? Also, I don't use auto-whitelist, so can I delete that file? Also, the user_prefs file is empty because I manage settings elsewhere, can I get rid of this or is it required to have a file there?
Here is the contents of my .spamassassin folder: 17/12/2004 20:33 24,576 auto-whitelist 29/03/2005 13:00 81,075 bayes_journal 29/03/2005 00:11 5,218,304 bayes_seen 29/03/2005 00:11 10,231,808 bayes_toks 04/02/2005 01:19 24,576 bayes_toks.expire19256 02/09/2004 12:01 5,316,608 bayes_toks.expire33656 02/09/2004 12:06 2,523,136 bayes_toks.expire34400 03/09/2004 00:18 2,965,504 bayes_toks.expire38000 14/03/2005 05:38 3,211,264 bayes_toks.expire39680 30/12/2004 16:01 2,760,704 bayes_toks.expire41472 23/08/2004 23:56 1,343,488 old_bayes_seen 23/08/2004 23:56 2,686,976 old_bayes_toks 05/08/2004 15:09 5,251,072 old_bayes_toks.expire3800 30/01/2004 01:41 1,193 user_prefs Basically I think the only files I need to keep here are: Bayes_journal Bayes_seen Bayes_toks Is this correct? Also, I have increased the number of tokens bayes can keep, is there a way to reintroduce expired tokens? Thanks, Ben
