The domain you gave, " crazyrxl0wprices-munged.com" hits (for me),
three SURBL lists ( _AB_, _OB_, and _SC_), also it hits ths SBL and also
hits combined-HIB.dnsiplists.completewhois.com. Since its registration data
is pretty much completely bogus, by this time tommorow, it should also hit
whois.rfc-ignorant.org.

P.S. Also, its name servers' (dnsm-munged.net) registration is bogus, and
hits a bunch of lists themselves (including the SBL, which should be caught
by the URI rules and combined-HIB.dnsiplists.completewhois.com, which would
also be caught if you use it)..
