Minor historical note: URIDNSBL.pm existed before SURBLs, but it contained just one program, uridnsbl, which is the URI domain NS record check against sbl.spamhaus.org. The SpamAssassin developers added urirhs* to use SURBLs with URIDNSBL.pm after they saw how well it worked, perhaps with SpamCopURI....
