SA will recreate them when it tries to check Bayes next, and will update them with new auto-learned emails and/or your next sa-learn. However, IMO the journal file should be tiny, and most of your Bayes data should be in _seen and _toks. The journal only holds data temporarily until _seen and _toks can be updated, I believe. You may have other problems in your Bayes system which is preventing the journal file from being naturally emptied. Deleting all of the files completely might clear that up. Bob Menschel
