3.x uses spamcop by default as long as network tests are enabled (which they are by default if you have Net::DNS installed + working). The rule is RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET.
Plus what other BL's would you recommend? (I have to be fairly conservative in a corporate environment.)
