Possibly. They have some pretty big names on their customers page, including SBC, CNN, some hospitals and hotel chains, etc.:

I haven't seen any sign of anything being rejected based on mailfrontier, but they could be discarding it silently, breaking it into categories, or using some unrelated string in the rejection message.
(And is it possible they realized their error and executed a slink to nearest exit maneuver?)
