Erm, they haven't infected the root servers J... ns2.can02.de. and ns1.can02.de are the servers reporting back that A record, not the root servers...
As for "not nice", it's quite common. Usualy when someone forgets or does not know how to split their DNS so you can query internal-only host names on their authoritative DNS. There's nothing very dangerous about it, as you'll only see those results if you query that hostname...
