I sure you have :-) Would you mind to tell us some. Guessing is intresting but maybe not helpful. (Rolex Watches come through if you don't have additional rules.) Have you enabled network tests. SA 3.0.x relies heavily on network tests. A little bit more information may help to find the problem.
