That's about all I can think of. In your earlier mention of messages
alternately or occasionally leaking through (which cases I had forgotten
about), those were cases where the message flatly wasn't scored by SA for
some reason or other, so made it through. Since in your case the message IS
being scored, it pretty much has to be a down-stream problem of some sort.
