Yes, spam piles much faster than ham (correctly or wrongly categorized). To have Bayes work best, feed it all the (manually verified) spam and ham you can. Correcting SA's mistakes is most critical, but feed it correctly identified ham and spam also if you can. And don't worry about the ratio -- I feed Bayes spam/ham in a 10:1 ratio, and it's working wonderfully. Bob Menschel
