1. score when network and bayes disabled
2. score when network enable and bayes disabled
3. score when network disables bayes enable
4. score when network and bayes enabled
If you use only one score it is default for all four cases
For the default BAYES_99 the network tests must make 3.2 points. Thats to much
for new, unknown spam-tricks. But for me: when BAYES_99 than spam. So I'm
thinking about 5.1 for BAYES_99 tests.
