DO NOT change the standard release files! Your changes will be overwritten
the next time you upgrade SA.

In your local.cf file, add 'score' lines for the scores you want to change.
This will override the scores in the standard files.
For instance, add a line like
score BAYES_99 4 4 4 4 # or whatever values you like
