yes, ok.. will try that.. mydefault experimental setting are these:

$sa_tag_level_deflt = -999; # add spam info headers if at, or above that level
$sa_tag2_level_deflt = 1.0; # add 'spam detected' headers at that level
#$sa_tag2_level_deflt = 5.0; # add 'spam detected' headers at that level
$sa_kill_level_deflt = $sa_tag2_level_deflt; # triggers spam evasive actio

Yeah, you will not get any subject change with $sa_kill_level_deflt = $sa_tag2_level_deflt;
If you have a quarantine area defined (like you do) then mail that
scores 5.0 or higher will get quarantined (like it does for you).
There is no point to rewrite the subject for mail that ends up in quarantine.
It only makes sense to do so for mail that is passed to a recipient.
I personally set $sa_kill_level_deflt = 8.0;
