You need to be more specific to receive a useful response. See this[1] page and show the *relevant* portion of any mail-related logs. Did you try running messages through SA (with the debug flag) at the command line? Did you run spamassassin --lint to make sure your local.cf is consistent with any changes made in 3.0.1?
