I haven't noticed an increase since last week, but I do get quite a
few of them. So far today, my server has rejected over 18,000
messages to unknown users (and only delivered 1,400 legitimate
messages). Recently we've been averaging about 60,000 per day. I
had to redesign our mail system so I wouldn't have to virus scan all
that junk. I had three servers doing nothing but virus scanning and
they couldn't keep up. Now, one server with Courier, Amavis, ClamAV,
and SpamAssassin handles it easily.
