Kelson is right, please see the previous threads about this.
This subject's not entirely on topic either, at least for
using RBLs at the MTA level.

That all said, the only regular RBL I recommend and use widely
is sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.  It's probably the safest and it catches
a very large portion of true spam.  I use it at the MTA level
before any SpamAssassin filtering.  For ISP use, it may be too
inclusive however so use with any RBL with caution and research.
