I looked for all copies of the config file: /root/.cpan/build/Mail-SpamAssassin-3.0.0/t/log/test_rules_copy/10_misc.cf /root/.cpan/build/Mail-SpamAssassin-3.0.0/rules/10_misc.cf /etc/mail/spamassassin/10_misc.cf /usr/share/spamassassin/10_misc.cf
And the only one I am editing is /etc/mail/spamassassin/10_misc.cf I took the one found in
What is 10_misc.cf doing in your /etc/mail/spamassassin directory?
None of the default configs should be there, they should only be in /usr/share/
