I've been a windows only user for quite some time now, and have been working with spamassassin 3.0 since it's pre builds came out. I'm running Spamassassin in serial mode under Mdaemon (I don't get that many emails that I need spamc/d support) and have been happily receiving 2500+ emails a day.
I've written a small how-to for those interrested in running a similar setup (might also work with other mailservers under windows).
It's a little rough at the moment, but should be enough to get you going.
I'll refine it in the coming days, any comments are welcome.
