OK, I have downloaded it and examined it and if you expand the proxyAddresses part, you get something like this to pass to ldapmodify:
changetype: modify delete: proxyAddresses - add: proxyAddresses proxyAddresses: =EX:/o=First Organization/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Rec Now forget the address, you are setting ldapmodify to delete a proxyAddresses and then pass it lines to add proxyAddresses, which do you want to do????
