I forgot to mention that this file didn't reproduce the printing issues in my testing, which is why the public bug report uses FOP libraries directly. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-5715 I understand that this issue is unlikely to be related to FOP specifically, but I included it in the maven project because it offers some control over the PDF content, which may be helpful when trying to isolate the issue.
