Hi, unfortunately we don't have smth like "contrib" repository for templates atm, but I believe it won't be hard to create it at downloads.openvz.org.
Feel free to file a request at bugs.openvz.org to with a link to your repository with Devuan template. One can only create PRs for existing repo, not for adding a new one;) So for the new projects, we simply clone them into OVZT tree and after that everyone will be able to send PRs there.
