OpenOffice Support Team: I cannot get Open Office to work after using it for years.
Today, it would not open correctly. It also would not check for updates. So I went to your website and downloaded it again. Now Macbook says 'it cannot verify developer' and won't let it start. I cannot open any of my files. I have no access to them. I just want to use Open Office. I an not a programmer or developer. I am a user who has liked your product for years. What do I do?
