Just because LO fixed it does not mean that AOO can apply that patch. In general LO is duel licensed under Mozilla Public License v2 and the GNU Lesser GPL v3+ licenses which are incompatible with the Apache License version 2.0 (ALV2) and cannot be used unless the developer also licensees it under the ALV2[1].
