I have tried repeatedly, but unsuccessfully, to print an entire workbook, consisting of 14 pages of data. Page 1 - no problem. The print range only shows 1 page, so I have tried to print each sheet individually. However, each subsequent page - although open on the screen - is printed as Page 1.

If you print pages separately, each page will indeed be page 1 of that printing!

Do you mean that you have set a print range on one sheet only of your spreadsheet? If you do that, only that print range will print. Anything in any other sheets is now wholly outside your print range and so will not print. (That may not be what you expect, so is easy to misunderstand.)

If you want only some part of one sheet to print but all other sheets to print too, you need to include them in the print range:
o Click on another sheet (which is not printing for you).
o Go to Edit | Select All (or Ctrl+A, or click the rectangle at the top left, where the column and row headers meet) - or select a specific cell range or ranges if you prefer.
o Go to Format | Print Ranges > | Add.
o Repeat for other sheets as necessary.

I trust this helps.
