How do I print an entire workbook (14 sheets?)

Dear Sirs 
I have tried repeatedly, but unsuccessfully, to print an entire workbook, 
consisting of 14 pages of data. 
Page 1 - no problem. The print range only shows 1 page, so I have tried to 
print each sheet individually. However, each subsequent page - although open on 
the screen - is printed as Page 1. 
I have tried to follow on-line forum suggestions, but nothing works for me. 
Please would you provide a step-by-step guide on how I can do this.
