customer running RollAp service on some kind of tablet and it's that this
service which is billed?.

I don't know if RollApp changed the "about box" in any way, so customer
"sees" the "Open office" running on his/her "tablet", and assumes it was
"installed there" when in fact the app is running on the cloud, and what is
installed on the tablet is just the launcher.
