Don't know: sorry, I'm no expert.
They have no business interfering with legitimate emails. I'm going to make a complaint to the FCC in USA.
Rejecting mail from private servers used only or mainly for distributing undesirable material makes sense. Rejecting mail from a mail provider on the grounds that one of its users - or probably even someone improperly using an account - has sent undesirable material via its servers perhaps makes less sense.
