Dictionary

 Hi,
First let me congrat all of for this great software.
Now, One question, I'm just trying to install the French dictionary unto my 
laptop, he download is going well but when installing I am getting a error 
message.
I am running now windows 10, could it be because Apache was originally 
installed in windows 8.1, and that the registry has now change? .What should I 
do?
