Toki, a small correction, if you don’t mind:

As reads "You do realize that less than 30% of Mac users will ever look at those
help files, don't you.”

Change to: "You do realize that less than 30% of computer users will ever look 
at those
help files, don't you.”

Since 87.3% of all stated statistics are made up on the spot, I won’t argue 
with your percentage :-).
