Dale;

Open AOO and click File->Templates->Organize
In the dialog box that opens Double click My Templates.
In the expanded list click the template you want to edit.
Click the Commands button on the far right of the dialog box.
Select Edit.

The template will open and you can make any changes you need. When done
click save and it will be saved in the My Templates area ready for use.
