If for some reason the receiving email server is off-line - as may be because 
of maintenance or sometimes internet congestion - the Apache server may 
register the non-delivery and send you a warning message.  In general, this is 
nothing to worry about.  Of course, if yo start getting many warning messages,  
there may be a hardware or software problem at the receiving end which needs 
investigation.
