Hello Sam. I believe you need to add a primary key to your table to be able
to add/edit records. Don't know why. Just is. Doing so has fixed similar
problems for me in the past.

The number of records is *not* an issue. I've had tables with 5000 - 10000
records that don't have the problem you describe.
