There are two places for the appearance of the windows. 1. *Fonts & Colors* which specifies a profile. 2. *Appearance * under Look and Feel.
You might have forgotten the 2nd in your win10 system. 1 [image: image.png] 2 [image: image.png] appearance and Pieter van den Hombergh.
