Yes, Marmotta easily allows you to plug-in different backends: http://marmotta.apache.org/platform/backends There many, both official and unofficial, backend implementations. If you want to use a new Sesame store as backend for Marmotta, we can provide you some documentation for the requiered implementation that has to be done.
