Yes, selecting that would give you the RDF data in TriG. I guess in the 2.x branch the Sesame RIO Format: http://rdf4j.org/sesame/2.7/apidocs/org/openrdf/rio/RDFFormat.html#TRIG was not updated to the official Media Type: http://www.w3.org/TR/trig/#sec-mime But the format serialized should be compliant anyway.
