Ok, I've been able to apply quota with delayed mail using dual instance postfix.
As have you said, I've lost IP AccessControl facility. So I'm thinking and ask to you if it's possibile to activate two cluebringer instance (one for AccessControl paired with first postfix and one for Quotas paired with secondo postfix) that read/write to the same DB. In this case is possible to manage the instances from a unique WebGUI. The first instance will drop or reject emails as AccessControl filter, the second will hold or defer emails as Quotas filter.
