Yes, if you need users to be able to keep sending without any errors, and then 
trickle the mail out - you will need to do that. Bear in mind that you will 
then lose some facilities (such as applying quotas according to SASL Username) 
because the second Postfix instance won't have this information.

If you set sensible quotas, then "typical" users won't ever get bothered by 
them, but it will provide some protection against either "aggressive" users or 
users with infected clients.
