As a test, trying to access https://www.bkstr.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/LocateCourseMaterialsServlet?requestType=INITIAL&storeId=270405&demoKey=d via curl. I've tried the following combinations with no luck. Any pointers/thoughts.
