here :
/.mozilla/firefox/rrrwrzrv.default/chrome$ ls -l
total 8
-rw-r--r--. 1 pbc pbc 1165 Jul 10  2013 userChrome-example.css

yours will be /.mozilla/firefox/SOME_WIERD_NAME.default/chrome$
cat userChrome-example.css

it says:
Edit this file and copy it as userContent.css into your
 * profile-directory/chrome/


so the existing file says:
userChrome-example.css

copy that file to userChrome.css

and add those lines into it..
