perhaps you are right ..

To do the first installation of dconf-Edit I used  the command :
sudo yum install dconf-editor

I think this command is for getting packages directly from repositories

When I did the first installation I didn't know many things about dconf...
I only looked a way to manage icons on the screen..

I followed the indications that I found in this link:
https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/38226/create-app-folders-on-fedora-20/

After I made the first installation I could launch the dconf-Editor
windows..
... but this windows was froze (all the menu otpins was not enabled) and I
couldn't use it.

The problem is now how to go around to resolve the Dependence problem..
