Actually, cotse.net is one of the more responsive companies I've dealt
with.  They don't do much hand-holding, but what they say they will do,
they do.  If they tell me they haven't changed their configuration, I
believe them.

The devil's in the details.
Regardless of whether you have confidence in your service provider, it is still 
variable in the technical sense.
Given that there is not enough data to bring a quality conclusion, how can 
someone help you?
