Well that is 'obvious' After the fact.
So now I can run wireshark, but it reports permissions denied for
dumpcap and to run:
usermod -a -G wireshark rgm
So now I am part of the wireshark group (also wheel group), but still no
access to any interface.

Wireshark does not show as an application. I don't see a bin for
wireshark, only a bunch of libs.
What may be missing here?
