This would be best asked on the RPM Fusion mailing list since both steam
and the binary Nvida drivers you installed came from there...

To answer your question, I bet you just need to install the 32bit version
of the nvida libraries. On my system I have:

xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-331.49-1.fc20.i686

installed.
