For someone who uses Gmail, a whitelist can be done like this:
- Settings
 - Filters
  - Create a new filter
From: felix@thecat OR winnie@thepooh OR rocky@andbullwinkle
- Create filter with this search
 - Never send it to Spam
  - Create filter
Done.
