Hi, simulating your situation with my F19, after installing gstreamer-plugins* and gstreamer1-plugins* I still had your same problem on the apple trailers site. I notice that this below instead made the difference and let me see the trailers after installation: Jul 18 12:42:48 Installed: gstreamer-plugin-crystalhd-3.10.0-4.fc19.x86_64 Jul 18 12:42:48 Installed: gstreamer1-libav-1.0.6-1.fc19.x86_64 Strangely only some movies had the effect to propose installation through the graphical helper of these two further plugins. Try to install them if you have not yet. Or give a pointer I can try to verify my situation.
